APA reports quoting Armenian media that it was noted in the statement of Council of “Stand up, Armenia” civic movement.
The statement says that the civil society can’t obey illegal acts of the police in the peaceful struggle against the regime that is against its people. Therefore, members of the movement insist on sit-in in the center of the square.
“We urge those who are against the government`s anti-people policy to join the protest. The active participation of citizens will allow the siege of police. This can lay the foundation of the victory of the citizens,” says the statement.
